Suspending Uniform Rules 47 and 55 of the Alaska State                        
Legislature relating to the carryover of bills to a special session.

was read the first time and was taken up next as a Special Order of            
Business.                                                                      
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
SCR40 be taken up as a Special Order of Business at this time.  There          
being no objection, it was so ordered.                                         
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that, without objection, SCR 40 would be referred           
to the Rules Committee.
